About Ziya

I've worked for a program called Think together. I Supervise and mentor 20+ students, enforce behavior expectations, and use restorative conversations to teach accountability and conflict resolution. I also Maintain communication with parents about their behavior. I usually babysat my neighbors kids or friends of the family the youngest I took care of was 8 months. I'd describe my personality as honest, energetic, and understanding I like working with kids because I like being able to help kids progress in life. Also being able to help parents that either work a lot or just wanna go out and have fun. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and reliable I started working with kids when I was 12 or 13 years old In my spare time, I like to draw, watch videos, and go hiking.
