I bring both personal and professional experience working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities. Personally, I have a non-verbal sister who is very high on the spectrum and two brothers on the autism spectrum as well, which has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and joys that come with supporting people with diverse needs. Professionally, I have worked closely with clients to assist with daily activities, provide compassionate care, and promote independence. This combination of personal insight and hands-on experience has strengthened my patience, empathy, and communication skills. I am passionate about creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment that empowers individuals to thrive and reach their fullest potential.
