About Zaire

Hi! My name is Zai, and I have several years of experience working with children of different ages, including infants and teens. I have worked in childcare settings, provided babysitting support for families, and currently work in a group home setting where I support youth through structure, encouragement, transportation, and daily care. I have both personal and professional experience working with children with special needs, especially children on the autism spectrum. I enjoy helping children feel comfortable, supported, and engaged while encouraging independence, kindness, and responsibility. Outside of work, I enjoy crafts, gardening, reading, music, and spending time with my cats. I love creating fun, calm, and meaningful moments with kids, whether that's through activities, conversation, creativity, or simply being someone they can count on. I look forward to meeting you all!
