Hello! I go by Zai since it is a little easier for the kiddos to start with! I am a former preschool teacher, with the experience of caring for children between the ages of infancy to age 6. In the few years, I have gained the knowledge of Reggio Emilia teachings as well as Montessori. I am also certified to work with children who have special needs! I recently gained my RBT certification this past summer! Currently I am employed at a behavioral health clinic for children which has given me my experience with older children from the ages of 9-17. Over the course of my career, I have developed the skills of working on many different milestones from toilet training to language development, and now behavioral management. I love making crafts, gardening, reading and anything that deals with music.

Loved having Zaire babysit for us! She was punctual, attentive, and sweet to my 7 month old daughter. She kept an helpful log of bottles/diaper changes/ nap time on our white board for an easy transition after she left. Already plan to have her watch my girl again!
