I am a caring and dependable caregiver with experience working with children in both childcare and behavioral support settings. I previously worked as a behavior technician supporting children with disabilities, where I helped with daily routines, communication skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior support in a patient and structured way. I enjoy working with children and creating a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow. I am attentive, calm under pressure, and able to adapt to each child's individual needs and personality. I focus on building trust, consistency, and positive relationships while helping children feel understood and supported. My goal is always to provide reliable, compassionate care that helps children thrive while giving parents peace of mind knowing their child is in good hands.
