I'm a calm, patient, and dependable person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I have over 15 years of experience working with young children, including newborns. Parents can count on me to be reliable and attentive. I pay close attention to instructions and family routines, making sure things are done the way parents prefer. At the same time, I am proactive and able to take initiative without needing constant direction. I notice what needs to be done, handle tasks independently, and maintain open communication with parents. I am CPR certified and comfortable providing first aid when needed. I highly value being a positive and supportive presence in the lives of both children and their families. My goal is to create a safe, and nurturing environment and providing whatever support is needed to help families thrive.
