About Zachary

Supporting the independence and well-being of individuals is my true passion. I was raised in a home daycare that my mother ran throughout my youth which began my foundation of caring for others. Additionally, and most recently, I have three years of dedicated experience working at a day program for adults with intellectual disabilites. I find deep fulfillment in connecting and making a positive impact on the daily lives of the individuals under my care. My approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and a kind heart. I have current First Aid and CPR certifications, as well as Food Handlers permit. When challenges arise, I excel at de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines with a calm focus. I prioritize earning trust above all else and will always follow your preferred method for updates regarding your loved one's care.
