We’re moving in June, and one of the hardest parts is leaving our nanny—because truly, she is one of a kind. From the very beginning, we hoped she would choose us (she had options!), and we’ve felt so lucky ever since. She walked into our home and just clicked with our kids in a way you can’t teach. Three kids under 4 doesn’t faze her—she brings this calm, steady presence that honestly amazes me. She’s raised nine kids of her own (and even homeschooled them!), so the level of experience and confidence she brings is unmatched. Our kids adore her. They listen to her, they feel safe with her, and they’ve learned so much—from Bible verses to writing and even how to properly hold a pencil. She’s patient, intentional, and genuinely invested in them. She’s also incredibly thoughtful and proactive. If I forget to prep lunch (which… happens often 😅), she figures it out without missing a beat. She’s flexible when our schedule changes, helps extra when my husband is out of town, and always shows up ready to support however we need. And somehow, on top of caring for three little ones, she’ll fold laundry, clean the kitchen, organize—things I’ve told her again and again she doesn’t need to do. But that’s just who she is. We truly consider her family. Our kids do too. We’ve even joked about bringing her with us—and honestly, we wish we could. If you or someone you know is looking for an amazing nanny, I cannot recommend her enough. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her 🤍
