I am a dedicated and passionate caregiver with extensive experience working with seniors. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from my native Cuba (2008). Since arriving in this country, I have been certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and have worked in this capacity, providing care with commitment, responsibility, and empathy. I consider myself a patient, punctual, respectful, and highly responsible person. I enjoy helping others and creating a comfortable, safe, and positive environment for each person in my care. Regarding language, I am not fluent in English, but I can understand some things and use translation software when necessary. Even so, I always strive to ensure clear and respectful communication with the families and individuals in my care. My priority is that everyone I work with feels well cared for, respected, and supported, receiving both physical and emotional support.
