I am a caring, patient, responsible, and dependable person. I enjoy supporting seniors with kindness, respect, and companionship and helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have personal experience caring for my grandmother, including companionship, personal care, checking blood pressure and blood sugar, and insulin administration. I also have first aid knowledge from my 19 years of experience as a flight attendant. I enjoy spending time with seniors, talking with them, going for walks, preparing meals, accompanying them to activities and appointments, and encouraging safe physical activity and an active lifestyle. My skills include companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, activities, mobility and wellness support. I treat every senior with the same patience, dignity, kindness, and respect I would want for my own parents.
