Hi, I'm Yuri - a holistic wellness practitioner, herbalist, Ayurvedic guide and certified end-of-life care provider based in SE Portland. Since 2024 I have been supporting elders in my intentional community with whatever they need to live with dignity and ease - companionship, errands, doctor appointments, organization, phone calls, help with wills and health directives, and nourishing home-cooked meals. I approach this work from the whole person. I understand the connection between mind, body and energy, and as an Ayurvedic practitioner I know that food is medicine. Both shape how I show up for the people I care for. What I offer is not just a service. It is consistent, genuine presence - the kind that makes a family exhale knowing someone trustworthy is there.
