I'm passionate about helping students unlock their unique potential and achieve their academic goals. With a graduate degree and five years of experience, I'm a certified teacher equipped to tutor a variety of subjects, from math and English to science, history, and test preparation. I adapt my teaching methods to suit individual learning styles, using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples, and I foster curiosity through engaging discussions. Communication is key to my approach. I value open communication with students and parents to ensure a clear understanding of needs, progress, and expectations. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and growing confidence is the most rewarding part of being a tutor. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, online, the library, or a coffee shop. I also hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
