About Yumi

Hello! I'm Yumi, and I beleive it truly takes a supportive, and caring village to help raise a child. I always strive to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I also help with general home care such as meal prep, tidying up, or general house support to help life a little easier for parents. A lot of my experience comes from helping my oldest sister take care for her three kids under the age of 4, while she balanced getting back to work as a single mom. This taught me patience, flexibility, and how important reliable support can be especially with kids. I love connecting with kids through arts and crafts, outdoor activities, simple baking, imaginative play, and fun learning experiences. I am certified by the state of Oregon in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid, and I'm currently continuing my education in Medical Assisting, your child will have the most safe fun with me!
