About Hailee

I'm a warm, outgoing, fun, and happy caregiver with 5 years of experience working with children and individuals with special needs. I genuinely love what I do and bring patience, creativity, and a positive attitude to every family I work with. Im experienced supporting children with intellectual disabilities and learning disabilities. I worked as a Teacher Assistant in a preschool for two years, caring for children under 5. I'm very comfortable with early childhood development, routines, play-based learning, and helping little ones grow and thrive. I grew up helping my parents foster children, so I've been around kids of all ages since I was young. This background has taught me how to be flexible, nurturing, and attentive to each child's unique needs. I'm currently looking for part-time opportunities and am available for babysitting, nanny positions, or respite care. I enjoy being active with kids whether it's outdoor play, arts & crafts, reading, or helping with daily routines.
