I am an easygoing person who enjoys the simple things in life. I pride myself on my integrity and honesty. I adore spending time with children and have 10 plus years of experience caring for toddlers, infants and children of all ages. I graduated from NVCC with an AS and from Liberty University for my bachelor degree. As of February 27th 2021 I am fully vaccinated.

Jousie has been great with our girls. All three of them were comfortable around her since the very first day they met her. She’s been incredibly helpful to our family with looking after the girls, helping with laundry, and providing helpful child related resources and info about local events for the girls. 

Her communication skills are also impressive. She’s responds to messages in a timely manner, has a warm and gentle personality. I recommend Jousie to any family looking for a reliable and trustworthy care giver. 

Yosan is fantastic. She is personable, punctual and great with our kids. We hired her to babysit and have kept calling her up every since. We have two kids who are now almost 4 and 16 months. We hired her originally when our youngest like 6 months. It is always hard to leave your littlest ones with a new person but as soon as she walked in and we saw the kids take to her, I knew I didn't need to worry. Our toddler was in a mom and daddy phase too at the time given being a pandemic kid and Yosan even helped explain to her that sometimes mommy and daddy go out but they always come back. After that, she is excited when she hears that she is coming over. Both our kids love her. I am confident in her keeping my kids safe, playing with them, getting them to both to bed and everything in between.

Yosan has a great can-do attitude, is dependable, and is full of good ideas and recommendations on the latest baby apps and gadgets for new parents. Would recommend!

Josie is just the best! She's been working with my daughter since she was a few weeks old. She is incredible with babies - we call her the baby whisperer :) and my now 9 month old just loves her to pieces as do we. She has a calm loving energy and is very knowledgeable - amazing tips for me as a first time mom that I wouldn't even know to ask. She is very patient and loving. She is also wonderful with our dog who can be a handful.

Yosan (Josie) has been a wonderful childcare provider for our 3 and 5 year old. She is patient, congenial, flexible, highly reliable, and exceptionally creative and artistic! She has taken the initiative time and again in seeking out projects and crafts to do with our children. She brings a lot of childcare experience and adapts very well to the needs of different families. We highly recommend her and are happy to answer any further questions.

Yosan (Jousie) has been a godsend for our family. We have a 2yo boy that's been home with us since the start of COVID and we found found Jousie when we moved to VA this summer. She takes care of him several mornings (and sometimes afternoons) per week and there's no way we could have gotten any work done without her. Not only does she keep our son engaged and entertained, he's exploded in development since she started with us - she practices life skills with him (letters, left/right, walking, following directions, etc.) and mixes that in with a great dose of play, so he's learning at the same time as playing.  She's so great with him and loves our newborn too, so we'll definitely be using her whenever we can!

Yosan is everything we ever wanted in a morning Nanny for our 5 year old daughter with special needs. She follows all my (crazy) instructions and goes above and beyond our expectations. She prepares our daughter's breakfast and lunch daily and gets her ready for school right on time. She keeps our child happy, healthy, and safe. She also does little extra things, like styles her hair and walks her everywhere to promote growth and development. We love her and so happy we found her!


Yosan is amazing!  She is one of the few people who can handle all three of my kids at once (ages 4,3, and 6 months).  My son has special needs and is nonverbal and she is compassionate and patient with him.  I also trust her to drive my kids around.  For the first time in ages my husband and I can go on date nights too.  We are lucky to have found her!  

I hired Yosan to take care of my baby daughter (currently 5 months). She makes my baby happy and keeps her clean. She sings to her and plays with her. She is also comfortable to deal with, easy going, and polite. 

We have been using Yosan for 3 years now, for date nights and over night care. She follows our instructions and the kids schedule to a T. She's very nice and the children love her. We would highly recommend her.

Yosan has been working our family (2 kids, 2 years, 1 year) for over a month. She has been very flexible with any changes to my schedule and is better at remembering dates and times to come than I am! She plays well with the kids, keeps them on their schedules, and makes sure they are well fed. I would recommend her to anyone. 

We hired Yosan to watch our 6 and 4 year olds. The first time she was very engaged and the kids had a wonderful time. She was very prompt and made sure things were picked up. However, she recently watched our kids again and it was an entirely different experience. My daughter told me they spent the entire time watching TV while Yosan was on her phone. We were gone for about 6 hours. My daughter had a stomach ache from eating nothing but candy and junk. The house was a disaster and both kids were upset she hadn't played with them. When we asked her what happened, she acknowledged that she did not provide a decent level of care and her explanation was lacking.  We will not hire her again. 

I needed a last minute babysitter for my sleeping 18 month old child, with only 5 days notice. Yosan, responded quickly to let me know she was available. We met in person, at which time she met my child (in case she woke up) and made a great first impression with both me and my child. She was punctual and pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire her again. 

Yosan is a competent, thoughtful, and sweet caregiver. She always had our little one's best interest in mind, and it wasn't long before Alice was flapping her arms in excitement when Yosan walked in the room. I would highly recommend her.

Yosan is a terrific caretaker for my elementary-aged boys. She is vigilant about getting the homework done at the end of the day and helps to limit screen time. She is very dependable. Yosan is agreeable to do any chore that you ask. She had to take my kids to various after school activities and did so with no complaints. She even helps out with caring for the family pets. I would highly recommend Yosan, if she is available.
