While I am new to Care.com, I am certainly not new to caregiving in general, having taken care of various family members, friends, and acquaintances in the past. Yon is a very nice woman and we hired her on a Saturday afternoon to start the following Wednesday. She texted Sunday morning that she could not support us after all. Basically quitting before she started. This was unfortunate but she said something else came up.
