We interviewed Yoana to be our nanny for our 8 month old. Yoana was very responsive in communications to arrange both our phone and in-person interview. During our in-person interview, she was very warm toward our daughter and was incredibly comfortable getting on the floor to play with her. Because of her extensive background in healthcare, she was able to answer safety questions we posed correctly and without hesitation. After our interview, Yoana was able to provide us with references who were also able to quickly get back to us. We extended an offer to hire Yoana but she was offered a full-time position with the family she was currently temporarily working with -- we could only offer part-time hours. We enjoyed meeting with Yoana and would be happy (and lucky!) to hire her in the future. We hope that you will consider Yoana for your nanny needs.
