We’re so grateful to have Ying caring for our baby girl from 3 months to 11 months, which is a total of 8 months! We absolutely adore her time with us. It’s been a real challenge for first-time parents to find a caregiver with the right skills and experience, but even more so, it’s incredibly lucky to find someone who truly loves their job and enjoys every moment with the baby. With our experiences with Ying, we feel confident that we’re one of those extremely lucky ones to have her with us. First of all, she’s incredibly dedicated to her work—always punctual and arriving on time. She’s very disciplined and follows the rules without a hitch. She’s also a great expert at handling all sorts of situations with babies at a young age, from sleep training to eating habits. We’re so thankful for having her as a great expert and resource to help us navigate tough challenges, like when our baby girl had a hard time going to sleep and became fussy. Second of all, Ying is excellent in her profession. She knows how to interact with babies at all stages of their early development, what they need and want, and how to engage with them. We’re amazed that for some of the tough tasks for two of us to complete, like changing diapers for an 11-month-old who’s so reluctant to lie down, Ying can do it all by herself. We’ve also noticed that Ying often has joyful moments with our baby girl—she likes to chat with her (in both Mandarin Chinese and English), sing songs, or listen to music with her, and play with her. Our greatest impression is that both of them are enjoying their moments, as we often hear laughter from both of them. And finally, but most importantly, Ying truly loves taking care of babies. We’ve heard her stories about how she became a caregiver because of her deep love for children, and she’s shown it every single day with our baby girl at home. Above all, it’s been wonderful having Ying with us. Our baby feels so comfortable and happy being with her, always smiling when she sees Ying arrive each morning. Plus, we’ve been able to communicate so well with her. We really valued the time Ying spent with our family, and we’re sad to see her go because of the changes in our family plans. We’ll always see Ying as a wonderful assistant and a trusted friend. We’re more than happy to recommend her to any family that needs her professional skills, experience, and care.
