We interviewed Katie and ended up hiring her for our job. She worked three days and the experience was fine. However, after 3 days she texted me that she was planning to move back to California. This has set me back weeks in my search but more importantly creates unnecessary transitions and disruptions for my kids. Completely baffled why she would waste our time and create unnecessary stressors for my kids like this. Complete waste of time and extremely frustrating.
