About Yehjin

I would describe myself as an empathetic, detail-oriented, and effective communicator. I love building meaningful connections with families and, most importantly, with kids! I have hands-on experience caring for toddlers and school-age children through babysitting in my church community as well as through Care. com. Beyond babysitting, I've also taught Korean at Korean school and during Vacation Bible School, which has strengthened both my teaching skills and patience. My passion for working with children truly grew through my younger brother, Tyler, who has autism. He has taught me to embrace differences, show patience, and care deeply for others. As a nursing student, one of the most valuable lessons I've learned is the importance of supporting others and making their lives a little easier in any way possible. That's exactly the kind of support and care I hope to bring to the families I work with!
