I'm an experienced caregiver, wellness practitioner, and full-spectrum doula with over 11 years of experience working with children from newborns through age 12. My background in yoga, doula work, and holistic wellness deeply informs how I show up as a caregiver. I'm patient, nurturing, intuitive, and highly observant-I'm often able to read between the lines and notice what needs to be done without being asked. I prioritize emotional and physical safety, attunement, and creating a calm, supportive environment where children feel secure, respected, and cared for.
