15 years of dedicated service in senior care have solidified my passion for fostering well-being and independence. My previous experiences have instilled in me a deep desire to positively impact the lives of those I care for. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I provide respite care, transportation, and hospice services. I also assist with errands, shopping, home health, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am experienced in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Earning your trust is my priority. I have a car and speak both Dutch and English.
