About Yasemin
Hello! My name is Yasemin S. I'm a recent graduate of Vassar College and have studied at Oxford University (St. Catherine's College). I'm a lifelong learner and teacher, graduating college with a 3. 94 GPA and departmental honors (Political Science). I have experience teaching in a variety of contexts: I tutored high schoolers in writing and reading, interned for Vassar's Political Science department, and, most recently, assisted students writing their college admissions applications. I have intermediate knowledge of Mandarin (studied in Beijing for one summer and studied the language for six years) and elementary knowledge of Arabic and Turkish. I also am well versed in Adobe creative suite (photo-shop, premiere, etc.) and audio editing software. I am very COVID precautions. Currently I get tested once every two weeks but am more than happy to get tested on a more frequent basis! I am willing to travel anywhere in the city, I'm currently based BK.
