About Yara

Hi families! My name is Yara, and I have experience caring for infants, young children, and school-aged kids. I'm calm, patient, and attentive, with a strong focus on supporting children's development while maintaining consistent, healthy routines at every stage. I support families with bottle feeding, nap routines, diapering, sensory play, and gentle transitions such as diaper-to-potty training. With older children, I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, crafts, outdoor play, school drop-offs/pick-ups, and helping build independence, confidence, and responsibility. I am CPR & First Aid certified, fluent in English and Portuguese, a very safe and confident driver, and comfortable transporting children as needed. I'm also happy to help with light household chores related to the children, such as tidying play areas, children's laundry, meal prep, and keeping routines organized.
