I hired Yanping as a regular nanny for my one year old. I feel so fortunate that we found her! Yanping is always punctual, which is very important to us. It is evident that Yanping has a lot of experience caring for kids of different ages, as our baby took to her right away and always smiles when Yanping arrives. She helps me prepare the baby's food and maintain the baby's sleeping schedule. Yanping is respectful of our established routine and our preferences as parents. She is flexible and very willing to help out. I highly recommend Yanping as a caregiver. I think any family is lucky to have her.
