Sisi has been amazing nanny and help around the house! We are a bilingual household with 2 under 2, and Sisi has been a stabilizing force that brings calm and organization. She works with us 1-2 days out of a week for 6 months. During that time, Sisi has helped the boys develop a routine. She put together a meal plan and took them on outings during the day. And she taught them Chinese and exposed them to culture. Food is important to us, and Sisi is able to create culturally enriching meals for the picky toddler so he is not only eating chicken nuggets! Sisi also works with us when we needed extended hours on some days. I highly recommend!
