About Yana

I am calm, patient, and supportive, and I create a safe environment where students feel comfortable focusing, learning, and building confidence. Since 2016, I have worked with children and adults in development and learning settings. I help students feel more confident, focused, and capable by providing practical tools that make learning manageable and less stressful. My approach supports students who feel overwhelmed, distracted, or anxious and helps them develop effective habits for studying and organization. I have PhD and a background in behavioral science. My skills include: • Focus & attention support • Study skills & organization • Stress & anxiety management Outside of tutoring, I enjoy movement, walking in nature, and learning about how the brain and body work together.
