I am experienced in home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Respecting a client's independence is very important to me.
