I am a compassionate and reliable caregiver with hands on experience supporting seniors in both assisted living and private home settings. I have worked in an assisted living facility providing daily care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living, always with a focus on dignity, safety, and respect. I also have provided individual private care for senior individuals, including supporting a mentally challenged senior and another with dementia. I have developed strong skills in patience, communication, and adapting care to each individual's unique needs. I understand the importance of routine, emotional reassurance, and creating a calm, supportive environment, especially for those experiencing cognitive challenges.
