I am a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregiver with over 10 years of experience providing quality care and support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and clients with special needs. For the past 7 years, I have worked extensively with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and special needs in both home and group home settings. As a House Manager in a behavior-focused group home, I supervised daily operations, coordinated individualized care plans, supported clients with activities of daily living, and ensured a safe, structured, and supportive environment. As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), I have experience assisting with personal care, bathing and dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, companionship, and light housekeeping.
