About Xylee

My name is Xylee. My background is a little different, I've worked in advanced esthetics, performing arts, and retail, but each of those experiences has helped me build patience, creativity, and the ability to stay calm and reliable in different situations. Alongside that, I also work as a dance instructor for children ages 3-12. Teaching has given me a deeper understanding of how kids learn, express themselves, and thrive when given encouragement and structure. I see nannying as more than just a job; it's about being a steady, caring presence in a child's life. I value creating an environment where kids feel safe to be themselves, while also keeping things consistent and structured. I bring a mix of organization and creativity, and I like finding small ways to make ordinary moments feel special.
