I interviewed Xiomara for our nanny position. She is energetic, caring, and creative. Between our first interview and working interview (when she played with my daughter), she researched our care approach and emailed me a link for developmentally appropriate Montessori activities. She was fully engaged with my daughter and was very open to learning about our style and preferences. We ended up hiring a nanny with whom we already had an existing relationship, but based on our interview experience we would feel comfortable calling on Xiomara for child care and pet sitting.
