Xiania is a wonderful caregiver with a bright, jovial personality. She is thoughtful and communicative, always checking in to confirm details or ask clarifying questions when needed. She demonstrates remarkable patience with children—my son is autistic, and she consistently follows the guidelines I provide with care and attentiveness. Xiania has a natural warmth that is incredibly comforting to children. She has cared for my son on several occasions (especially when school was closed!) and stepped in to support me during times when I had no other childcare options. While she is young, she is also respectful, trustworthy, mature, and kind beyond her years. I would absolutely rehire Xiania again without hesitation.
