About Kiaya

Hi! I'm Kiaya, and I believe in helping children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. I have 5+ years of childcare experience with children ages 3 months to 11 years, including nanny and daycare experience. I started as a Toddler Teacher Assistant and was promoted to Lead Infant Teacher, where I created a safe, nurturing environment while supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs. As a nanny, I provided personalized care, managed routines, created activities, and supported children in their own homes. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and passionate about creating positive experiences for children. I love encouraging curiosity, confidence, creativity, and independence through learning and play. Outside of childcare, I enjoy exploring new experiences and taking myself on solo dates, which inspires fun activities I bring to my work.
