About Xena

Hi, I'm Xena! I have both professional and personal experience working with children, including helping care for family members. I'm 25 years old, a licensed paraprofessional with an associate's degree, and have over five years of experience working with children, including students with autism and other diverse learning needs. I'm passionate about supporting kids academically, socially, and emotionally, and I truly enjoy helping them feel safe, confident, and understood. I'm patient, calm, and dependable, and I take pride in creating a positive and encouraging environment where kids can thrive. I value good communication, consistency, and leading with kindness and positive energy. Outside of work, I'm creative and outgoing. I enjoy photography, exploring new places, planning fun little activities, and spending time with people I care about. I'm easygoing and fun, but I also take my responsibilities seriously and always strive to do my best.
