About Destiny

Hi, I'm Destiny! I'm a college student studying Exercise Science with minors in Psychology and Strength & Conditioning. I'm a caring, patient, and dependable person who genuinely enjoys working with children and helping them feel comfortable, supported, and confident. I'm a licensed paraprofessional with experience working in special education classrooms, where I've supported children with different learning styles, abilities, and individual needs. This experience has taught me the importance of patience, clear communication, flexibility, and creating a positive environment where every child feels understood and supported. I enjoy getting to know each child's personality and finding activities that they genuinely enjoy, whether that's arts and crafts, games, reading, helping with homework, or simply spending time together. I'm comfortable following household routines and instructions and understand how important consistency and communication are to families.
