About Wykeena

My name is Wykeena, though most people call me Daisy. While I may not have formal professional caregiving experience, I spent a significant amount of time caring for my grandmother during her battle with Multiple Myeloma until she recently passed away. During that time, I assisted her with daily care including bathing, feeding, providing companionship, and helping ensure she remained comfortable and emotionally supported. That experience taught me patience, attentiveness, compassion, and the importance of paying close attention to someone's needs. Although losing her has been very difficult, it also showed me how meaningful it is to care for others during vulnerable moments in their lives. If given the opportunity, I would bring that same level of empathy, dedication, and willingness to learn into a caregiving role.
