About Winter

Hi there! My name is Winter, and I've been a nanny for over 8 fun-filled and rewarding years. I recently took a brief hiatus to help grow a family business, but now I'm excited and ready to return to my passion. I've had the joy of working with children of all ages and backgrounds. My experience includes caring for an infant with special needs, assisting in homeschooling, managing care for up to six children at once, and being a regular nanny for three amazing girls for five wonderful years. My approach is nurturing, patient, and playful, always focused on creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. My love for childcare began when I stepped into the role of a caregiver for my younger sister, who I eventually adopted. That experience deeply shaped who I am and sparked my lifelong commitment to helping children grow and thrive.
