I have over 20 years of experience in health and social care, with extensive experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), including autism, learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and mental health needs. I provide person-centered support with personal care, ADLs, meal preparation, medication support, appointments, community activities, behavioral support, documentation, household tasks, and transportation. I am committed to promoting independence, dignity, choice, safety, and meaningful community participation. I also have experience supporting older adults and individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and stroke related needs.
