Melanie provided after-school care for our two children, ages 3 and 5. She is a wonderful care provider who is kind, professional, dependable and thoughtful. Melanie communicated well with us and adapted very well to minor changes in scheduling and needs. Melanie developed a quick bond with our children and they both looked forward to spending time with her. She provided stability and a calming, nurturing presence in their lives. She quickly learned their likes and dislikes and took active steps to engage with them in ways she knew they would like. Melanie went out of her way to do things for the family and help wherever and whenever needed. Any family would be lucky to have Melanie's help and we couldn't recommend her more highly.
