About Willow

Hi! My name is Willow, and I am a pre-dental student at The University of Alabama majoring in Microbiology with a minor in Psychology. My studies have given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, communication, and health, which I apply when caring for children of all ages. Outside of school, I work as an outfitter at Fleet Feet Tuscaloosa, where I help people find the right footwear to maximize comfort and support in their everyday lives. I also work as a math tutor through the University of Alabama during the school year. I have been babysitting since I was 15 years old and have experience caring for children of all ages, including infants under 2 years old. I have also worked with children with Down syndrome and autism, which has taught me the importance of individualized care, patience, and creating a positive environment where every not only the child feels comfortable and supported, but the parents as well.
