About Williane

I'm playful, cheerful and talking. I started working with kids halfway through college and I found myself professionally right there (2017). I taught kids of all ages for the rest of my teaching career(2023) in Brazil. Then, I moved to the US on an exchange program to be an Au Pair for two years in two different cities and families: Seattle and Minneapolis(Aug/23 - Aug/25). I'm looking for a job in which I can be on the same page as the parents. Discussing preferences is very important for me because I like to align expectations. In my most successful jobs, parents and I discussed how we would handle things in various scenarios and circumstances. I'm very open to constructive criticism and I believe it helps me understand and work on the differences, whether they're cultural or ethnical. Yet, I'm totally comfortable navigating this path on my own: at this point, I've cared for children outside my culture and language enough times that I can say I built good common sense.
