My childcare started when my three sisters started having children. I have 12 nieces and nephews and loved caring for them back in Chicago. I would often stay the night, make the children breakfast, drive them to school, and even throw surprise birthday parties! Now, the oldest is ready to start watching the little ones, but they still beg for Uncle Billy to stay with them instead. When I'm on duty, it isn't just a free for all! As a freelance digital artist, I like to give them little art lessons! We usually start with the basics like line-work, value, and color theory, and if they take to it, we can move on to tougher lessons! Even if they aren't the next Picasso, artistic skills can benefit children throughout their developing scholastic careers!
