I cannot say enough good things about Willa. She started babysitting for my boys when she was 12 years old. At the time, my kids were a handful as an infant and a toddler but they loved her instantly. She was so great with them from the beginning, always making sure they got their energy out with organized games and she always somehow left the house cleaner than she found it. As our kids got older, she was a great role model for them as they watched her succeed in school and could understand what a responsible and kind teenager looks like. We appreciate her kindness, maturity, and her love for kids. We were so lucky to have her as a sitter for so many years.
