About Wielca

Hi, I'm Wielca! I'm a compassionate, patient, and responsible caregiver with hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children of all ages. My childcare journey began at 18 and started as a scribe in the NICU at Advent Health, where I developed a strong foundation in nurturing care. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children on the autism spectrum. I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in elementary education, having recently changed my path to better support children's learning. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue a master's in occupational therapy assistant to continue helping children thrive in all areas of their lives. I have 4 years of professional childcare experience and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, reading, and spending quality time with family.
