Hi, My name is Whitney,
I am 35 years old, and I have 15 years of experience in childcare and education. I have a background in early childhood education, previously I was a fully licensed in-home daycare provider for the State of California, and I have recently moved to Arizona.
Although I run my own childcare program full time, I am also open to evening and weekend positions, and I babysit for families. Hello!

on the day of the job she was punctual and communicative when needed. we had zero issues would definitely hire again.

Whitney was incredible with our 2 yr old.  She was dependable, punctual, patient, considerate and caring.  She is very experienced and developed a quick bond with our child who is normally quite anxious around new people.  She managed to gain his trust and respect for boundaries with ease despite his potentially difficult age.
She was very receptive to our routine and adaptive to his personality, but also brought great games, teaching ideas and creative suggestions to help his development while having fun at the same time.
We know our son will be very sad not to have his time with Whitney, and we would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone to place their trust in her for care of their children.


We were looking for a temporary nanny for our 4 month old son and we couldn't have been more please with Whitney. She work with our family for 2.5 months and during that time she provided a wealth of knowledge and structure, which as first time parents, we were very grateful for. She helped us develop routines for eating, sleeping, and play time - resulting in our little guy sleeping a full 8-9 hours each night after just a few weeks! She showered our little guy with tons of love, stories, songs and managed to get him to do a ton of tummy time.
Whitney truly has a passion for working with young children and we couldn't have been happier with the care she has provided. Although we are transitioning our son to school, we look forward to having Whitney back for our one-off childcare needs. Thank you Whitney!

She uses her early childhood development experience to aid our son to hit every milestone of his development including his much despised tummy time.  She loves to play and come up with challenging games and activities tailored to his age.  Whitney was the person to get our son to sleep in the crib the first nap time starting on her first day.  A feat we were unable to accomplish on our own.  Proof, that Whitney is a valuable asset because even it's a hard task she champions. Whitney is also respectful of boundaries and diligently records tasks and gives updates throughout the day to make sure we are apprised of the day's events.
 
People ask me all the time of it's hard to leave my son all day and go to work and I always reply not at all. With Whitney around, I know he's in good hands and with the daily updates I don't have to miss seeing his sweet face for long.
