About Whitney

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my passion for education. With seven years of experience, I specialize in Creative Writing and study skills for elementary and middle school students. I hold a graduate degree, which informs my approach to fostering critical thinking and long-term academic success. I assess your learning style by observing how you interact with new material, then adapt my methods--ranging from visual aids to hands-on discussions--to fit your needs. When concepts feel challenging, I connect them to your personal interests and celebrate every small victory to keep you motivated. I believe open communication with you and your family is essential to building the trust necessary for growth. Seeing your confidence flourish as you master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to supporting your journey and helping you reach your goals.
