About Whitney

I am a 38-year-old single woman who has lived in the area my entire life. I fell in love with seniors at the young age of 9 when I began volunteering at our local nursing home. Over the years I've helped care for seniors in their own homes as well as in nursing care facilities as private hire. I have also continued volunteering in my adult years, even leading Bible study at a local senior care facility. There is something so precious to me about our senior population and I have so much to learn from their life experiences. I am a true nurturer and I love being able to care for others who are in need. While I don't have formal medical training, I have extensive knowledge of many diseases, medications and treatments. I want to be able to ease the burden of families who are caring for their loved ones as well as bond with a new senior to love. In my spare time, I like to bake, crochet, and I'm actively involved in my local church.
