About Whitney

Hello! I love providing attuned, playful and safe care for people of all ages, from infant to elder. As the oldest sibling, I grew up helping care for little ones. I have also worked in professional kitchens and am happy to help with any sort of meal prep or cooking needed, and can always involve and engage kids in hands-on kitchen projects with safe, age-appropriate limits and expectations. I also enjoy taking kids on outside adventures in the city, from museums to parks to new neighborhoods, festivals and parades. I'm also well versed in creative, indoor imagination games and love to read aloud. I have a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry and generally find life very interesting, so I enjoy conversing at any level about pretty much any topic.
