About Melanie

Hi! I currently work in an after school program with children ages 2-5, and I've also spent multiple summers working at camp with toddlers and preschoolers. I really enjoy working with this age group as I'm used to managing routines, keeping kids engaged through play and activities, and helping them feel comfortable and safe. I love doing simple crafts, play-based learning, and just creating a fun, calm environment for them. I'm patient, reliable, and very hands-on. My goal is always to make sure kids feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while also giving parents peace of mind. I'm available for early morning care (6am-12pm) through late June and overnights all year round.
