Hello!. I'm originally from Ethiopia and currently living in San Jose, California. I went to San Jose City College and earned my associate in Early Childhood Education. Working with children has always been my passion-whether it's through teaching, nannying, or supporting families in my community. I started babysitting when I was 16, caring for two children part-time for a couple of years. I later worked as a tutor for kindergarten students at the Campbell Community Center, helping young learners with early academics and classroom routines. I was also a full-time nanny for a family for over six years, building a strong, lasting relationship with the children and their parents. In addition to my nanny experience, I've been a preschool teacher for the past 6 years and currently I am a teacher in a pre-k class in Menlo Park. I also provide occasional care for other families-whether it's date nights, early mornings, or evenings when parents need support.

Wenta is very sweet and truly committed to what she does. She goes above and beyond to keep the child engaged—playing with them, doing activities, and making sure they understand the ABCs, numbers, colors, and more. She also helps with the family household, is very clean, and is a wonderful person to work with. Wenta has a warm, caring personality and genuinely cares about her work with children
